About Mr. Conley

As I was going through the drywall lathers apprenticeship, I had been thinking why we hadn’t
started our own company. I am a 5th generation carpenter and here in the valley/ California, we have run and worked on most schools, hospitals, and so on. So, in 2020 I decided to apply for my contractors’
license and take the risk and start a locally family-run business. Here in the valley, we have a good track
record and thought it was only right I give my family the opportunity to create something great, but
most importantly give those who work hard day in and day out a chance to better themselves and blaze
their own trail.

Our Goal and Vision

Here at Conley and Sons’ Construction, we want to create a work environment where people can
grow, learn, and advance themselves to move on to bigger and better things in life. Here at Conley and
Sons, we will push people to reach outside of their comfort zone so they can create the best version of
themselves possible. Employees will advance their knowledge and skills in all aspects of the building
process. The goal is to train and treat our employees right, so they do not want to move on but in the
big scheme of things want to see people prosper.
Here at Conley and Sons’ Construction, we have over 60 years of union experience in metal
stud, lath, plaster, drywall, suspended/Armstrong ceiling/ T-bar, and paint from building schools,
hospitals, and much more. We decided that it was time to take our skills and experience and start our
own company. My family has set a standard I believe is unmatched through hard work and
dedication. I felt that it was only right to start a company with a strong name that my family has built
over the years in the construction industry and share our knowledge with our employees

We believe that attitude should reflect your individuality and self-confidence which in the end will be manifested into your behavior and appearance. We believe that you should control those things that are in your power. Having a good attitude in all situations will create an environment that becomes contagious to the team.

To overcome difficulties and challenges one must learn to become resilient in times when things are not in our favor. Those that make up our team will lean on each other as iron sharpens iron. Our team must be resilient in order to keep one another sharp.
